1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before or upon vehicle collection.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods stated on our website.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date to avoid penalties.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

3. Vehicle Usage Policy

  • Vehicles must be used responsibly and in compliance with Malaysian traffic laws.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
  • The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages during the rental period.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • Our vehicles are covered by basic insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased upon request.
  • The renter is responsible for any excess charges stated in the rental agreement.
  • MYR Travel Tours will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information solely for booking and operational purposes.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sabah, Malaysia.
